Translating & Intergrating Scholarship into Practice

“Professional nursing practice at all levels is grounded in the ethical translation of current evidence into practice” (“AACN”, 2011, p.15). Translating and integrating scholarship into practice is an important essential in nursing practice. Being able to examine policies and research practices to improve health is essential to patient care. Research, starting out, was a weakness of mine. Throughout my educational career I feel I have grown in understanding research and its importance in nursing practice. Annotative bibliography’s review the current literature and aid in defining the gaps in evidence for practice in research. A literature review is necessary in order to conduct a successful research project.
